Scalloped Corn with Peppers and Bacon

2 (15 oz each) cans whole kernel sweet corn | ||
1 ½ c. chopped onion | ||
1 green pepper, seeded and chopped | ||
12 soda crackers, crumbled | ||
1 lbs. bacon, cooked crisp, drained and crumbled | ||
sliced Velveeta cheese |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Combine cream-style corn, kernel corn, onion, green pepper, crumbled soda crackers and cooked bacon in a large casserole dish. Cover with cheese slices.
- Bake for 1 to 1-1/2 hours.
