Scalloped Potatoes and Ham

5 lbs. potatoes, peeled and cubed | ||
½ tbsp. salt | ||
1 can(s) cream of mushroom soup | ||
1 c. milk | ||
¼ c. margarine, melted | ||
1 ½ lbs. ham, cubed | ||
½ c. chopped onion |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
- Salt boiling water and boil potatoes for 5 minutes. Drain. Place half the potatoes in a roaster.
- Combine soup, milk and margarine in a large bowl. Stir in ham and onions. Pour over the potatoes in the pan.
- Top with remaining potatoes and pour remaining sauce on top.
- Bake for 1-1/2 hours.
