2 tbsp. butterscotch sundae syrup
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee chocolate flavored syrup
1 tbsp. That’s Smart creamy peanut butter
2 tbsp. French vanilla liquid coffee creamer
Aerosol French vanilla cold foam, for serving

  • 4 (1-in.-sq.) ice-cube silicone molds
  • Microwave
  • 2-cup microwave-safe glass measuring cup
  • Milk frother
  • 1 (16-oz.) glass

Directions

  1. Pour ½ cup coffee into 4 (1-in.-sq.) ice-cube silicone molds; freeze overnight. Cover and refrigerate remaining coffee.

  2. Microwave the remaining ¾ cup coffee in a 2-cup microwave-safe glass measuring cup on HIGH for 1 minute or until heated. Using a milk frother, add butterscotch syrup, chocolate syrup and peanut butter; froth until combined. 

  3. To serve, place frozen coffee cubes in 1 (16-oz.) glass. Pour coffee mixture over ice. Add coffee creamer and top with cold foam, if desired.
