1 c. Hy-Vee refrigerated egg substitute
4 slice(s) organic pepper Jack soy cheese
1 packet(s) Hy-Vee home-style tortillas
1 c. Hy-Vee salsa

Directions

  1. In a medium skillet, cook egg substitute over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until mixture is thickened throughout but still moist.
  2. Place cheese on top of warm eggs.
  3. Spoon over the center of each tortilla. Drizzle with salsa. Roll up tortillas.
