1 packet(s) Hy-Vee home-style tortillas | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee salsa |
Directions
- In a medium skillet, cook egg substitute over medium heat for 3 to 5 minutes, or until mixture is thickened throughout but still moist.
- Place cheese on top of warm eggs.
- Spoon over the center of each tortilla. Drizzle with salsa. Roll up tortillas.
