    1 (5-oz.) pkg Earthbound Farms baby romaine
    2 cucumbers, sliced
    4 radishes, thinly sliced
    4 green onions, thinly sliced
    1 tsp. black sesame seeds
    1 tsp. white sesame seeds
    2 tsp. kosher salt
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee black pepper
    Hy-Vee crushed red pepper
    2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Select olive oil
    10-to-12-oz. ahi tuna steak
    Sesame vinaigrette dressing, optional

    Directions

    1. In large bowl, combine baby romaine, cucumbers, radishes and green onions. Toss lightly. Divide among four plates; set aside.

    2. In a small bowl, combine black and white sesame, salt, black pepper, and crushed red pepper. Rub spice mixture onto tuna.

    3. In a sauté pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook tuna, flipping occasionally, until desired doneness. Thinly slice tuna and divide evenly among the four salad plates. Top with dressing, if desired.
