Seared Asian Tuna with Mixed Greens

½ c. Hy-Vee soy sauce | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||
3 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
¾ tsp. Hy-Vee ground ginger | ||
2 (9 oz each) yellow fin tuna steaks | ||
3 c. Dole Hearts Delight salad greens, divided |
Directions
- To make marinade, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic and ground ginger in a small bowl.
- Place tuna in a resealable plastic bag. Add marinade and shake bag gently to combine. Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Remove tuna from marinade. Discard marinade.
- Heat non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Spray with non-stick cooking spray.
- Cook tuna on each side for 3 to 5 minutes or until desired doneness is reached.
- Serve tuna steaks on a bed of mixed greens. If desired, drizzle with additional soy sauce and honey.
