    2 pt. Hy-Vee Kitchen macaroni and cheese
    2 c. cooked lobster meat
    1 c. cherry tomatoes, halved
    ¼ c. parsley, chopped

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    2. Prepare mixed vegetables according to package directions.

    3. In a large bowl, stir together macaroni and cheese, lobster, cooked vegetables and cherry tomatoes. Pour into a 1-quart baking dish.

    4. Bake for 10 minutes. Top with parsley before serving.
