1 tsp. Hy-Vee seasoning salt | ||

½ tsp. ground cumin | ||
Fresh cracked black pepper |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Line a baking sheet with foil. Spray with Hy-Vee non-stick cooking spray.
- In a large resealable plastic bag, combine all ingredients. Seal bag and toss to coat.
- Spread potatoes evenly on baking sheet. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour, stirring every 15 minutes.
