4 tsp. Hy-Vee meat tenderizer, divided | ||
4 tbsp. Hy-Vee steak seasoning, divided | ||
Hy-Vee steak sauce or hickory BBQ sauce, optional |
Directions
- Sprinkle 1 teaspoon meat tenderizer and 1 tablespoon steak seasoning on the top and bottom of each steak.
- Grill over medium to medium-high heat for 5 to 6 minutes. Turn and grill another 5 to 6 minutes.
- Serve 2 steaks with Hy-Vee steak sauce or Hy-Vee hickory BBQ sauce, if desired. Use remaining 2 steaks for Rib Eye Fajitas or Teriyaki Rib Eye Pasta (see www.hy-vee.com).
