    1 (2-1/2 lbs.) pkg. Buckley Farms frozen chicken wings
    ½ c. Hy-Vee seedless strawberry jam
    ½ c. Hy-Vee apple cider vinegar
    2 fresh Serrano peppers, finely diced
    1 tsp. freshly ground Hy-Vee black pepper
    1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried oregano

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Arrange chicken wing sections in a single layer in on a large baking sheet. Cook until internal temperature of wings reaches 180 degrees, about 45 minutes.

    2. Meanwhile, for sauce, in small bowl combine jam, cider vinegar, Serranos, black pepper and oregano. Toss cooked wings with sauce before serving.
