Directions
Combine fruit punch-flavored Gatorade (red) with cherry-flavored vodka in a 4-cup glass measuring cup. Stir in red food coloring, if desired. Pour into a separate shallow pan or container.
Combine cool blue-flavored Gatorade (blue) with UV Blue vodka in a 4-cup glass measuring cup. Stir in blue food coloring, if desired. Pour into a separate shallow pan or container. Freeze all containers overnight or until firm.
To serve, shave by using the tines of a fork to scrape over each frozen Gatorade mixture to make a snow-like mixture. Spoon and mound each colored mixture into cocktail 2 (10-oz. each) cocktail glasses to create 6 servings.
