Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Brush 1/4 cup melted butter on one side of 12 slices of bread. Arrange buttered side down on a 15x10-inch sheet pan. Layer desired fillings as directed on bread slices. Top with 12 additional bread slices. Brush slices with 1/4 cup melted butter. Cover with another sheet pan. Weigh down sandwiches by placing a cast iron skillet on top. Bake 20 minutes. Remove skillet and top sheet pan. Bake 5 to 10 minutes more or until bread is toasted.

Directions
Hawaiian Ham Paninis: Spread dijon mustard on bread in sheet pan. Layer with Swiss cheese, ham slices, pineapple, and green onions. Top with remaining bread slices. Bake as directed.
Buffalo Chicken Paninis: Combine cream cheese and buffalo wing sauce. Fold in rotisserie chicken, blue cheese crumbles, sliced celery, and shredded carrots. Spread mixture on bread slices in pan. Sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese and top with remaining bread slices. Bake as directed.
Philly Cheesesteak Paninis: Spread horseradish sauce on bbread slices in pan. Layer provolone cheese, roast beef, and sauteed vegetables on top. Place remaining bread slices on top. Bake as directed.
Pizza Paninis: Spread pizza sauce on bread in pan. Layer mozzarella cheese, pepperoni, and desired amount of black olives, green bell peppers and fresh basil. Top with remaining bread slices. Bake as directed.
