2 navel oranges, peeled and sectioned | ||
1 grapefruit, peeled and sectioned | ||
2 Red Delicious apples, cored and chopped into bite-sized pieces | ||
2 tbsp. cooking sherry | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced | ||
2 tbsp. Hy-Vee flake coconut | ||
10 Hy-Vee maraschino cherries |
Directions
- Cut orange sections into halves and grapefruit sections into quarters.
- Mix oranges, grapefruit, apples, sherry, lemon juice and sugar together in a medium serving bowl.
- Cover bowl. Chill for 1 hour in refrigerator.
- Just before serving, mix in bananas and top with coconut and cherries.
