1 ½ c. Hy-Vee frozen broccoli florets | ||
1 (8 oz) pkg frozen cooked salad shrimp, thawed | ||
1 (1 lb) jar Ragu light Parmesan Alfredo sauce | ||
5 c. chopped iceberg lettuce | ||
5 breadsticks |
Directions
- Prepare noodles according to package directions. Set aside.
- Meanwhile, fill a medium saucepan with one inch of water and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and add broccoli. Simmer for 3 to 4 minutes or until broccoli is tender crisp. Drain.
- Stir shrimp and sauce into broccoli. Cook 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in drained noodles. Serve with lettuce and breadsticks.
