1 (16 oz) pkg frozen Hy-Vee mixed vegetables | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried chopped onion | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried parsley | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
2 (12 oz each) jars Hy-Vee chicken gravy | ||
15 (from 1 1/2 tubes) Hy-Vee refrigerated Texas buttermilk biscuits |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- In an ungreased 9-by-13-inch baking dish, stir together chicken breast, vegetables, onion, parsley, salt, pepper and gravy.
- Cover and bake 20 minutes.
- Top chicken mixture with biscuits. Bake uncovered an additional 10 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.
