2 tbsp. chopped parsley | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee lemon juice | ||
3 to 4 tbsp Hy-Vee mayonnaise | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper, to taste | ||
Romaine lettuce, optional | ||
Prepared guacamole, optional |
Directions
- In a small bowl, combine crab, green onion, parsley, lemon juice and mayonnaise. Season with salt and pepper. Serve over lettuce and top with guacamole, if desired.
