3 tbsp. Hy-Vee light Italian salad dressing, divided | ||
1 ¼ lbs. sirloin steak, cut into strips | ||
2 clove(s) garlic, minced | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee black pepper to taste | ||
1 red bell pepper, cut into strips | ||
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms | ||
¼ c. chopped green onion | ||
8 oz. Hy-Vee angel hair pasta, cooked according to package directions | ||
Hy-Vee grated Parmesan cheese, if desired |
Directions
- In a large skillet, combine 2 tablespoons dressing, steak and garlic over medium-high heat. Stir fry 5 to 6 minutes or until no longer pink. Remove from pan and keep warm. Season with salt and pepper.
- Pour off liquid from skillet. Add 1 tablespoon dressing, red bell pepper, mushrooms and green onion to skillet. Stir-fry 3 to 4 minutes. Remove skillet from heat.
- Stir in steak.
- Place cooked pasta on a serving platter. Top with steak and vegetable mixture.
- Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
