    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee pizza sauce
    1 can(s) water (using empty pizza sauce can)
    1 ¾ c. uncooked Hy-Vee elbow macaroni
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded mozzarella cheese

    Directions

    1. Brown ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat; drain and return to pan.
    2. Stir in pizza sauce, water and macaroni. Bring to a boil.
    3. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, until macaroni is tender, about 12 minutes.
    4. Stir in cheese before serving.
