Directions
Cover and cook on HIGH for 5 hours or LOW for 8 hours or until pork is fork-tender.
Remove pork from slow cooker. Shred pork using two forks. Reserve 3/4 cup cooking juices in slow cooker; discard remaining juices. Stir in barbecue sauce and shredded pork.
Serve in buns. Top with red onion strips, jalapenos, and cilantro, if desired.
