    2 lbs. boneless beef chuck shoulder roast, trimmed and cut into 2-inch cubes
    2 tbsp. Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning
    1 (12-oz.) jar Hy-Vee mild banana pepper rings, undrained
    6 Hy-Vee Bakery whole wheat hamburger buns

    • 4-to-6-quart slow cooker.
    • Two forks

    Directions

    1. Place beef cubes, Ranch seasoning, and undrained banana pepper rings in a 4-to-6-quart slow cooker.

    2. Cover and cook on HIGH for 4 hours or LOW for 8 hours, or until meat is tender. 

    3. Remove meat from slow cooker and shred using two forks. Return to slow cooker and heat meat through. Serve warm shredded beef on hamburger buns.
