    1 (16-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee wide homemade egg noodles
    1 lbs. lean ground beef
    ½ c. onion, chopped
    2 (24-oz. each) jars Hy-Vee traditional pasta sauce
    1 (16-oz.) tub Hy-Vee small curd cottage cheese
    1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% milk mozzarella cheese
    ½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese

    Directions

    1. Boil noodles 12 minutes or until they are just tender. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
    2. Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Add to noodles and stir well.
    3. Fold cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese into noodles and sauce. Pour into a greased slow-cooker. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    4. Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
