Slow-Cooker Lasagna

Description
All you have to do is prep and combine ingredients before tossing it in the slow cooker. Let it cook on LOW for four hours, then serve.

1 (16-oz.) pkg Hy-Vee wide homemade egg noodles | ||
1 lbs. lean ground beef | ||
½ c. onion, chopped | ||
2 (24-oz. each) jars Hy-Vee traditional pasta sauce | ||
1 (16-oz.) tub Hy-Vee small curd cottage cheese | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee shredded 2% milk mozzarella cheese | ||
½ c. Hy-Vee shredded Parmesan cheese |

- Slow cooker
Directions
- Boil noodles 12 minutes or until they are just tender. Drain well and transfer to a large bowl.
- Meanwhile, brown ground beef and onion in a large skillet. Drain. Stir in pasta sauce. Add to noodles and stir well.
- Fold cottage cheese and mozzarella cheese into noodles and sauce. Pour into a greased slow-cooker. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
- Cover and cook on LOW for 4 hours.
