2 (14.5 oz each) cans Hy-Vee diced Italian tomatoes, undrained | ||

1 tsp. Hy-Vee salt | ||
1 (16 oz) pkg Hy-Vee Italian mix frozen vegetables | ||
1 ½ c. uncooked Hy-Vee rotini pasta |
Directions
- In a 4-quart slow cooker, combine broth, tomato juice, tomatoes, garlic, pepper and salt.
- Cook on LOW for 7 to 8 hours or on HIGH for 3 to 4 hours.
- Stir in frozen vegetables and pasta. Cook on HIGH for 20 minutes or until pasta is tender.
