    2 tbsp. poultry seasoning
    1 ½ tbsp. granulated garlic
    1 tbsp. black pepper, medium grind
    1 tbsp. sea salt
    1 (4 lb) pork shoulder roast
    2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 250 degrees.
    2. Combine and thoroughly mix seasoning, garlic, pepper and salt; set aside.
    3. Using a basting brush, baste all sides of pork roast with Worcestershire sauce.
    4. Thoroughly coat all sides of roast with spice mixture.
    5. Place roast on a rack in a shallow roaster or sheet pan. Place in middle of preheated oven for 4 to 5 hours or until inserted thermometer reads at least 170 degrees. Do not open oven for the first 3-1/2 hours.
