    ½ lbs. Di Lusso deli smoked chicken breast, sliced 1/4-inch thick
    4 c. packaged spring greens salad blend
    ⅓ c. Hy-Vee toasted sliced almonds
    ¼ c. sliced green onions
    ¼ c. bottled light raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing
    1 c. fresh raspberries
    ½ c. grated smoked gouda
    toasted baguette slices or thin bread sticks, optional

    Directions

    1. Cut chicken into julienne strips.
    2. In a large bowl, combine greens, chicken, almonds and green onions. Add dressing and toss to blend well. Top with raspberries and smoked gouda.
    3. Serve with toasted baguette slices or thin bread sticks, if desired.
