4 c. packaged spring greens salad blend | ||
⅓ c. Hy-Vee toasted sliced almonds | ||
¼ c. sliced green onions | ||
¼ c. bottled light raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing | ||
1 c. fresh raspberries | ||
½ c. grated smoked gouda | ||
toasted baguette slices or thin bread sticks, optional |
Directions
- Cut chicken into julienne strips.
- In a large bowl, combine greens, chicken, almonds and green onions. Add dressing and toss to blend well. Top with raspberries and smoked gouda.
- Serve with toasted baguette slices or thin bread sticks, if desired.
