    ½ c. Hy-Vee Mealtime refrigerated dill dip
    ½ (8-oz.) pkg. Hy-Vee cream cheese, softened
    3 tbsp. chopped sweet onion
    2 tsp. chopped fresh dill; plus additional sprigs for garnish
    1 tsp. lemon zest, plus additional for garnish
    1 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
    1 tbsp. Gustare Vita capers, drained; plus additional for garnish
    1 (4-oz.) pkg. Fish Market smoked Atlantic salmon
    Everything bagel chips and/or and/or vegetable dippers, for serving

    Directions

    1. Place dill dip, cream cheese, onion, 2 tsp. dill, 1 tsp. lemon zest, lemon juice and 1 Tbsp. capers in a mini food processor. Cover and process just until until combined, stopping to scrape down sides as needed.

    2. Separate and tear pieces of salmon; add to mixture in food processor bowl. Cover and process just until salmon is coarsely chopped.

    3. Spoon salmon into a small serving bowl. Cover and refrigerate up to 1 day, if desired.

    4. To serve, garnish with additional dill, capers and lemon zest, if desired. Serve with bagel chips and vegetable dippers, if desired.
