Smoked Salmon Pinwheel Bites

4 (6 inch) Hy-Vee flour tortillas | ||
1 (4 oz) pkg smoked salmon, skinned and chopped, divided | ||
12 baby spinach leaves, divided |
Directions
- Spread 2 tablespoons cream cheese over each tortilla. Sprinkle salmon down center of each tortilla. Top with spinach. Roll up tightly and wrap with plastic wrap.
- Refrigerate at least 2 hours but no more than 24 hours.
- To serve, cut into 1-inch pieces.
