    1 (12 oz) package Hy-Vee penne pasta, uncooked
    ¾ lbs. smoked turkey breast, cut into 1/2-inch strips
    1 (15 oz) can Hy-Vee black beans, drained and rinsed
    2 c. tiny fresh broccoli florets
    1 (7 oz) jar roasted red peppers, drained, sliced into strips
    1 c. Hy-Vee Italian salad dressing

    Directions

    1. Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain. Rinse with cold water to cool quickly. Drain well.
    2. In a large bowl, toss together cooled pasta, turkey, beans, broccoli, red peppers and dressing.
    3. Cover and refrigerate 2 hours.
