2 tbsp. Gustare Vita olive oil

  • Pecan wood grilling pellets and water pan

Directions

  1. Preheat pellet smoker according to manufacturer's directions to maintain a temperature of 225 degrees to 230 degrees. Use wood pellets and water pan as directed.

  2. Remove plastic lid from vegetable container; set sauce packet aside. Drizzle oil over vegetables; toss to coat.

  3. Place vegetables in container on upper cooking/warming rack in smoker. Close smoker; smoke for 1½ to 2 hours or until desired smoke flavor, stirring halfway through and stirring in sauce from packet during the last 30 minutes of smoking.

    Note: This recipe was tested using a pellet smoker. Smoking times may vary depending on style and size of smoker.
