Directions

  1. Stir together refrigerated mashed potatoes and spreadable cheese in a medium microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Microwave, covered, on HIGH for 6 to 7 minutes or until potatoes mixture reaches 165 degrees, stirring halfway through.

  3. Garnish with bacon, jalapeño slices and black pepper, if desired.
