½ c. Hy-Vee old fashioned oats
1 tsp. Full Circle Market organic chia seeds
24 Hy-Vee miniature marshmallows
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee mini semi-sweet chocolate baking chips
1 (5.3-oz.) container vanilla or honey low-fat yogurt
Crav’N Flavor original graham cracker square, for garnish

  • 1-pt. microwave-safe canning jar
  • Plastic wrap

Directions

  1. Place milk, oats, and chia seeds in a microwave-safe 1-pt. wide-mouth canning jar. Stir until combined.

  2. Layer 12 mini marshmallows and 1-1/2 tsp. chocolate chips in jar on top of oat mixture. Top with half of the yogurt. Top with remaining 12 marshmallows, 1-1/2 tsp. chocolate chips and yogurt. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate overnight.

  3. To serve, place plastic-wrap-covered jar in microwave. Microwave on HIGH for 1 to 1-1/2 minutes or until hot. Let stand 1 minute. Crumble graham cracker over top of oats. Serve warm.
