So-Easy Spinach and Bacon Salad

½ medium red bell pepper, seeded and diced | ||
4 slice(s) Hy-Vee pre-cooked bacon, warmed and chopped | ||
6 c. fresh spinach leaves | ||
2 hard-cooked eggs, chopped | ||
½ c. chow mein noodles |
Directions
- In a 2-cup liquid measuring cup, stir together sugar, vinegar and mustard. Stir in celery seed, crushed red pepper, water, bell pepper and bacon.
- Place spinach in a medium bowl. Top with dressing, eggs and chow mein noodles.
- Serve immediately.
