1 tsp. Hy-Vee baking soda | ||
1 c. Hy-Vee margarine, softened | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee granulated sugar | ||
¾ c. Hy-Vee packed brown sugar | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee vanilla | ||
1 (1.34 oz) package Hy-Vee fat-free/sugar-free instant vanilla pudding | ||
2 Hy-Vee eggs | ||
1 (10 oz) package Hy-Vee peanut butter chips |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- In a small mixing bowl, stir together flour and baking soda.
- In a large mixing bowl, beat margarine, sugars, vanilla and pudding until smooth with electric mixer. Beat in eggs; gradually add flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.
- Bake for 9 minutes or until golden.
- Remove cookies from pan immediately and place on cooling rack.
