Sour Cream Mashed Potatoes

¼ c. water | ||
¼ c. Hy-Vee butter | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee parsley | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dill weed | ||
Hy-Vee salt and Hy-Vee pepper, to taste | ||
¼ c. light sour cream |
Directions
- Place potatoes, water and butter into a 2-quart slow cooker. Sprinkle with parsley, dill weed, salt and pepper. Cover. Cook on LOW for 7 hours or HIGH for 4 hours.
- Mash potatoes with a masher or electric beater. Stir in sour cream before serving.
