Directions
- Heat panini grill or countertop grill to medium-high heat.
- Stir together chicken, chili powder and mayonnaise.
- Divide chicken mixture among 4 slices of bread. Top each with 1 slice cheese. Place remaining slices of bread on each sandwich.
- Grill 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
