    2 c. finely chopped Hy-Vee rotisserie chicken
    1 ½ tsp. Hy-Vee chili powder
    ¼ c. light mayonnaise
    8 slice(s) Wholesome Harvest whole grain wheat bread
    4 reduced-fat pepper jack cheese singles

    Directions

    1. Heat panini grill or countertop grill to medium-high heat.
    2. Stir together chicken, chili powder and mayonnaise.
    3. Divide chicken mixture among 4 slices of bread. Top each with 1 slice cheese. Place remaining slices of bread on each sandwich.
    4. Grill 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and bread is golden brown.
