1 c. Hy-Vee roasted edamame salad (found in the Hy-Vee Kitchen cold case) | ||
2 c. Hy-Vee frozen supersweet corn, thawed | ||
1 (14.5 oz) can Hy-Vee salsa-style fire-roasted diced tomatoes with peppers, onion and garlic | ||
¼ c. chopped parsley or cilantro | ||
¼ c. low-fat Hy-Vee Italian salad dressing | ||
Tortilla chips, optional |
Directions
- Combine beans, edamame, corn and tomatoes in large bowl.
- Toss with parsley and dressing. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
- Serve with tortilla chips if desired.
