Juice of 1 lime, divided | ||
1 tsp. Mrs. Dash Southwest chipotle seasoning | ||
1 (15 oz) can reduced-sodium black beans, drained and rinsed | ||
1 (11 oz) can Hy-Vee Mexicorn, drained | ||
1 tomato, chopped | ||
2 tbsp. chopped green onion |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place tilapia on a greased baking sheet. Sprinkle with 2 tablespoons lime juice and seasoning. Bake 10 to 12 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
- To make salsa, combine remaining lime juice, black beans, Mexicorn, tomato and green onion.
- Serve fish with salsa.
