    5 (8-inch each) Hy-Vee flour tortillas
    1 (6 oz) package Baby Bella mushrooms, sliced, divided
    1 (9 oz) package Southwest-seasoned chicken breast strips, divided
    1 ¼ c. Hy-Vee shredded cheddar cheese, divided
    1 c. Hy-Vee medium salsa

    Directions

    1. Place tortillas on two greased baking sheets. Evenly layer mushrooms, chicken strips and cheese on one-half of each tortilla. Fold other half over filling.
    2. Bake in a 350-degree oven for 5 minutes. Flip tortillas and bake for an additional 5 minutes. Serve with salsa.
