¼ tsp. vanilla | ||
¼ c. maple syrup | ||
¼ c. cocoa powder or non-dairy carob powder | ||
2 bananas, sliced, optional |
Directions
- Whisk soy milk, cornstarch, vanilla, maple syrup and cocoa (or carob) powder together in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until pudding thickens.
- Remove pan from heat. Stir in sliced bananas, if desired.
- Chill for at least 15 minutes before serving.
