2 (14.5 oz each) cans diced tomatoes, undrained | ||
1 green bell pepper, chopped | ||

salt and black pepper | ||
tomato juice, optional |
Directions
- Combine rice, water, bacon, ground beef, diced tomatoes, green bell pepper and onion in a large slow cooker.
- Cook on LOW for 8 to 10 hours or overnight.
- Add tomato juice, if needed. Season with salt and pepper before serving.
