    ½ c. water
    12 sprig(s) fresh rosemary
    1 c. superfine sugar

    Directions

    1. Combine granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat stirring occasionally until sugars dissolve; remove from heat.

    2. Dip sprigs into simple syrup and place in a fine mesh sieve; drain over a large bowl for 2 minutes.

    3. Dip sprigs in superfine sugar and allow to cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
