Use these festive sprigs to garnish holiday drinks, desserts, or add to an unforgettable centerpiece.
Directions
Combine granulated sugar and water in a small saucepan over medium heat stirring occasionally until sugars dissolve; remove from heat.
Dip sprigs into simple syrup and place in a fine mesh sieve; drain over a large bowl for 2 minutes.
Dip sprigs in superfine sugar and allow to cool completely on a wire cooling rack.
