    8 slice(s) Hy-Vee bacon
    4 Hy-Vee Bakery jalapeno rolls
    4 slice(s) Hy-Vee pepper jack cheese
    1 fresh jalapeño pepper, sliced
    1 large tomato, diced
    Buffalo sauce, to taste
    4 lettuce leaves

    Directions

    1. Form ground beef into 4 patties. Wrap each patty with 2 strips of bacon and grill until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
    2. Place each patty on the bottom of a jalapeno roll. Top each patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese, jalapeño slices, diced fresh tomatoes, buffalo sauce, 1 lettuce leaf and top of roll.
