4 Hy-Vee Bakery jalapeno rolls | ||

1 large tomato, diced | ||
Buffalo sauce, to taste | ||
4 lettuce leaves |
Directions
- Form ground beef into 4 patties. Wrap each patty with 2 strips of bacon and grill until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees.
- Place each patty on the bottom of a jalapeno roll. Top each patty with a slice of pepper jack cheese, jalapeño slices, diced fresh tomatoes, buffalo sauce, 1 lettuce leaf and top of roll.
