1 medium green bell pepper, diced | ||

2 c. gluten-free elbow macaroni | ||
1 c. gluten-free barbecue sauce | ||
¼ c. grated Parmesan cheese, optional |
Directions
- Brown ground beef in a deep skillet. Add diced onion and green pepper. Cook until tender. Drain grease.
- Stir in water, macaroni and barbecue sauce. Cover skillet and simmer until macaroni is tender, 6 to 8 minutes.
- If desired, stir in Parmesan cheese or top mixture with cheese.
