½ lbs. cooked ground beef | ||
¼ c. peanut sauce | ||
3 tbsp. reduced-sodium teriyaki sauce |
Directions
- Bring water to a boil in a large saucepan. Stir in broccoli and carrots; boil 2 minutes.
- Remove seasoning packets from noodles and discard. Add noodles to saucepan; remove from heat and let sit 5 minutes. Drain.
- Stir in beef, peanut sauce and teriyaki sauce.
