    1 (3-lb) pkg. Red Barn Farms frozen chicken party wing sections, thawed
    ⅔ c. Louisiana original hot sauce
    ¼ c. Hy-Vee vegetable oil
    2 tbsp. Cajun seasoning
    Green onions, sliced, for garnish

    • Nonstick cooking spray
    • Paper towels
    • 2 Large bowls

    Directions

    1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. Line a large rimmed baking pan with foil; lightly spray with nonstick spray. Arrange chicken wings in a single layer in prepared pan. Bake 20 minutes.

    2. Stir together hot sauce, vegetable oil, and Cajun seasoning in a large bowl. Set aside 1/3 cup.

    3. Remove wings from oven. Drain and discard cooking juices from baking pan. Pat partially cooked wings dry with paper towels. Transfer wings to remaining hot sauce mixture in large bowl; toss with sauce to coat. Return wings to same baking pan.

    4. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until wings reach 165 degrees and are golden brown. Top with reserved hot sauce mixture. Garnish with green onions.
