1 tsp. cayenne pepper, divided | ||
1 tsp. Hy-Vee dried thyme, divided | ||
1 c. crushed Hy-Vee corn flakes | ||
4 Hy-Vee 100% natural skinless chicken thighs | ||
1 tbsp. Hy-Vee butter, melted |
Directions
- Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
- Beat egg, milk, 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper and 1/2 teaspoon thyme in a shallow pan. Combine remaining cayenne and thyme with the corn flakes in another shallow pan.
- Dip chicken thighs in egg mixture and then roll in crumb mixture.
- Place in an 8-by-8-inch pan, sprinkle any extra crumb mixture on top and drizzle melted butter over top. Bake for 45 to 55 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
