3 tbsp. horseradish | ||

Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste | ||
1/2 heart of romaine lettuce, very thinly sliced (about 2 c.) | ||
1 lbs. lump crab meat | ||

Directions
- Stir sour cream, mayonnaise, horseradish, chives, lemon juice and ketchup in medium bowl to blend. Season sauce to taste with salt and pepper.
- Divide lettuce among 4 glasses. Divide crab among glasses. Drizzle sauce over crab. Serve with lemon wedges.
