Directions
Pour mixture into a resealable plastic bag; add sirloin steak, seal bag. Marinate at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Preheat a charcoal or gas grill with greased grill grates to 400 degrees. Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Grill 8 to 10 minutes, flipping once halfway through, until steak reaches 130 degrees. Remove from grill and let rest 5 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare salad kit according to package directions; divide between 4 serving plates. Cut steak across the grain and top salad with steaks.
