½ c. Hy-Vee honey | ||

2 tbsp. Hy-Vee Worcestershire sauce | ||

1 tsp. chili or chipotle chili powder | ||
½ tsp. ground ginger | ||
2 Hy-Vee bay leaves | ||
6 (5 oz each) lean boneless pork chops |
Directions
- To make marinade, heat honey, brown sugar, cider vinegar and Worcestershire sauce in a small saucepan over medium heat until sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat. Stir in garlic, chili powder, ginger and bay leaves. Cool to room temperature.
- Combine marinade and pork chops in a resealable plastic bag, set in a baking dish and refrigerate for at least 2 hours up to 24 hours. Turn occasionally while marinating.
- Heat grill to medium heat. Remove pork chops from marinade; discard marinade. Grill pork chops 8 to 10 minutes, turning frequently to avoid burning, until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees. Let rest about 5 minutes before serving.
