Directions
Combine eggs, bread crumbs, green onions, garlic, thyme, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Add ground turkey; mix well. Shape into 40 meatballs. Arrange meatballs on a large rimmed baking pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes or until done (165 degrees). Cool slightly.
